While we would have greatly liked to levy no shipping fee, we are a very new enterprise and this fee would help us partner with the best logistics partners out there so that you get to hold your beloved products at the earliest possible. Consequently, presently we are offering free shipping on domestic orders above Rs.1499. Orders between Rs.1499 and Rs.999 would be charged an amount of Rs. 60. Orders below Rs.999 would be charged an amount of Rs.100 as the shipping fee.
Usually, orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of the customer placing the order. Factors beyond our control i.e. force majeure may lead to delays beyond the specified period. In case of extreme delay (product dispatch delayed much beyond the estimated time period) you would be intimated of the same. Alternately, you can contact us on info@rainbowsandhues.com. However, we assure you that such cases would be a definite rarity.
We currently do not have a live tracking option available on the website, but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame. We currently do not have a COD option for payment.
