Yes, you need to have an account to shop on Rainbows And Hues. This also enables you to avail offers, discounts, and promotional store credits.

How do I register?

To register, you just need to click on the top right of our website. Click on the ‘Register’ option to create your account.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, please click on “Lost you Password?” option available in the Account/Login page. Enter the registered email address, and the link to set a new password will be mailed to your registered email ID.

How do I know once my order is confirmed?

Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Rainbows And Hues confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the Order Id, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You will also receive an SMS confirming the same.

What are the available platforms for a customer to place an order?

The customer can place an order on this website Customers are welcome to visit our flagship store at Hyderabad, the details of which can be found under “Contact Us”. Please note that we do not take orders over the phone or through any of the social media platforms.

What if I want to add more items to an existing order?

In case you want to increase the quantity of the products to the existing order, please reach us at with the subject “Order Number + Revised information” within 12 hours of placing the order. We will facilitate the requested changes, based on the stock position. However, kindly note that any request post this period shall not be entertained.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time varies from city to city. Usually all orders are shipped within 3 to 5 days from the time of placing the order. However, due to unforeseen reasons, there might be delay in shipments and we would appreciate your patience in this regard. We do assure you that getting your beloved products in your hands will remain our topmost priority.

How are orders placed on delivered to me?

Once the order is placed, we ship your order through one of our courier partners. All these partners are reputed logistic service providers. Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email and an SMS informing you the details of the courier partner and an AWB number, using which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, we would also share the estimated delivery dates via SMS and email. If the order is sent through multiple shipments, then the details of the corresponding courier partner/s and AWB number/s will be informed to you through an email and an SMS.

Why did I receive only a part of my order?

There is a possibility that you might have received part of the order. There are a couple of reasons for this. One, we might have shipped your items in multiple shipments, in which case the other items would still be in transit. Two, the stock of the remaining item/s might not be available at the time of shipping, owing to reasons such as stock or quality check. In this case, you will receive a call and an email from our team informing you of the same and indicating a slight delay in the shipping of those products. But please do not worry! Every product in the order confirmation email that you have received will reach you, might just take a few days more. In the unlikely event of the out of stock items taking an unusually high time for replenishment, we would contact you and you are free to opt for store credit, which would be credited to your Rainbows And Hues account. You will get notified when the item/s are back in stock and you can place an order accordingly.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?

If you would like to make changes to the existing details in the order such as delivery address or phone number, please reach us at with the subject “Order Number + Revised information” within 12 hours of placing the order. We will facilitate the requested changes. However, kindly note that any request post this period shall not be entertained.

How to check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log in to and go to “Orders” section under “Account”. We will also email you when there is a status update to your order.

What happens if I placed an order twice?

In case you have placed an order twice and would like to cancel one of them, do contact us within 4 hours of placing the order. We will facilitate the requested changes. We shall cancel one of your orders and your refund will go back via the payment method you used when placing your order. However, kindly note that any request post 4 hours of placing the order shall not be entertained.

How do I order an “Out of Stock” product?

You can click on the Notify When Available tab and we will notify you as soon as the product has been restocked. Also, do check out our social media stories for updates on restock.

What if I am unable to place an order?

Should you face any hiccups while placing an order, we are here to help you. Try using a different device and if the issue still persists, please contact us on Our team will try to resolve the issue at the earliest possible.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Uh oh! We do not want you to do that. However, should you find a compelling reason to do so, please note that no cancellations will be accepted post 4 hours of placing the order. Further, if you have mailed us within the stipulated time but have not received any reply, please do not worry! So long as you inform us within the given time frame, be assured that it will be taken care of.

Once I place an order, when might I receive it?

To ship your order at the earliest is our topmost priority. The orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days. Accordingly, the delivery time is usually within 7-10 working days.

I have received the package but a product is missing, what do I do?

In the unlikely event that you are missing a product/s from your order, this is probably due to your order being dispatched in separate parcels. In such a case, the remaining products would reach you in separate shipments, which would have been intimated to you via email. However, should it be a case that you have received most of the products from the order and only one/few are missing, and you have not got any prior intimation regarding this, please email us immediately at and we shall resolve the issue at the earliest. However, please note that an UNBOXING VIDEO is compulsory in such cases.

What payment options can I use?

For shopping with ease, our website offers you several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can choose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway. Various UPI options are also available to you to pay from. You may also opt to pay using Net Banking. If you are facing any difficulty in completing your transaction, do reach out to us.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product are the final prices inclusive of GST and you would not be asked to pay any more than that, other than shipping fees (if applicable).

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Rainbows And Hues?

All credit card and debit card payments on Rainbows And Hues are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways, so please be assured that it is absolutely safe.

Can I make credit/debit card payments through the mobile site of Rainbows And Hues?

Yes. You can make payment through the mobile site of Rainbows And Hues. The mobile site too uses trusted payment gateways which keep your card information secured and protected.

What if I hit the refresh/back button while making payment?

Our payment gateways are extremely secure and any payment that does not come to us through the gateway gets back to your source bank account. Usually, this happens within a 24 -72 hour window. You can check with your bank for confirmation.

What if the amount gets debited from my account but I have not received any confirmation mail and message?

We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. Sometimes, due to unforeseen reasons, the amount might be debited from your side but would not have been received by us yet.  Usually in such cases payment gets back to your source bank account. This happens within a 24 -72 hour window. You can check with your bank for confirmation. If the issue persists even after that, please send us a mail at and we will resolve the issue at the earliest.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, you can complete the order by retrying the payment using a different payment method. In case you are facing any difficulty in completing your transaction, please reach out to us.

What are the modes of payment?

You can pay through Online Payment, through any of the above mentioned options. Currently COD option is not available.

Are there any shipping charges?

Presently we are offering free shipping on domestic orders above Rs.1499. Orders between Rs.1499 and Rs.999 would be charged an amount of Rs. 60. Orders below Rs.999 would be charged an amount of Rs.100 as the shipping fee.

How does the delivery process work?

Rainbows And Hues uses reputed logistics providers/partners to deliver products to your doorsteps. Once your order is placed, one of our logistic partners would pick the product from us and deliver it to you.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order is placed, Rainbows And Hues assigns your order to one of our logistics partners. An SMS would be sent to your registered phone number with the details of the logistics partner along with the AWB number. You can track the order using the AWB number on their respective website 24 hours after your order is shipped out. All you need to do is click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your package. Please note that currently we do not have a live tracking option available on the website.

What should I do if I miss the delivery?

We understand that there is a possibility that you might miss receiving the package. So in order to make it convenient for you we will make two attempts to deliver the order to you. Each attempt would be made on a consecutive day. Some logistics partners offer you an option of choosing the preferred date from a list, in which case you can opt for a convenient date. In case the package is returned to us after both the delivery attempts, we will be able to offer a refund after deduction of Rs 200 as the charges we had to bear towards products packaging, onward and reverse shipping. The refund amount would reflect as a store credit in your Rainbows And Hues Account.

Why is Cash on Delivery payment option not available?

As we are a very new enterprise we currently do not have a COD option for payment. Presently we accept online payments only. You can make online payments using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, or UPI through our payment gateway. We hope to introduce COD in the very near future. Till then, any inconvenience you might face in this regard is regretted and we earnestly hope that you will support us.

Do you deliver all over India?

Yes, we do deliver all over India. If delivery service is not available through our partnered courier companies, we will ship your order through Indian Post.

Do you ship internationally? 

No, presently we undertake domestic orders only.

What do I do if my shipment is tampered?

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We request you to take a photo/video of the package before doing so. Please email us at  with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + TAMPERED OUTER PACKAGE”, along with the photo/video. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Alternatively, you can opt for Store Credit.

Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?

Every order is shipped only to a single address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

What happens in case my order is not delivered?

In case the ordered items do not reach the customer within 15 days from the shipping date from our warehouse, and for which we do not have tracking details, we will assume in good faith that the package delivery was not attempted to the customer and we will refund the entire amount within 7 days from the date of raising a complaint with us.

I want to change the address/phone number/increase the quantity to an existing order. Who should I contact?

What is your Exchange Policy?

We always try our best to make sure that you love receiving our products as much as we love sending them to you. However, we would be happy to exchange it / offer store credit in the following cases:

  • An incorrect item has been delivered to you, one not matching with the item in your confirmation email.
  • In case the item you purchased has reached you in a broken condition with the outer packaging intact.
  • In both the cases mentioned above, an UNBOXING VIDEO IS COMPULSORY. If it qualifies one or both of the above conditions, a choice of exchange or store credit, not exceeding the amount paid by you for the said product/s, and inclusive of the shipping fee (if levied by us at the time of you placing the order), would be offered to you. Presently, we have a ‘refund to source account’ policy only in the extreme case of a customer not receiving a package 15 days post placing an order. In all other cases, either an exchange of the same item or store credit would be offered. So we request you to place an order accordingly.
  • Please note that a request for RETURN shall not be entertained under any circumstances. Since the nature of the items is highly delicate, especially those under the “Art Supplies” category, we are not in a position to facilitate returns. We earnestly hope that you understand our stand in this regard. A description would be provided for most of the items on the website, so we request you to kindly go through the description provided and make an informed purchase decision.
  • Products purchased during a “sale” cannot be exchanged/offered a store credit, unless the package reaches you in a tampered condition.
  • If a package reaches you with the outer packaging in a tampered condition, please do not accept it. We request you to kindly take a picture/video of the same and mail us at with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + TAMPERED OUTER PACKAGE”. The ordered products would be sent to you again. Alternatively, you can opt for store credit. Please note that the products accepted despite the outer packaging in a tampered condition will NOT qualify as suitable cases for exchange/ store credit.

Please ensure that in all the above cases, the tags/packaging and the invoice (which would either be attached as a label on the package or would be as a printed sheet inside the package) should be intact and product(s) should be unused. Please ensure that in all the above cases, the tags/packaging and the invoice (which would either be attached as a label on the package or would be as a printed sheet inside the package) should be intact and product(s) should be unused.

What should I do in case of a manufacturing defect/damaged product/wrong product, with the outer packaging intact?

It is a very rare instance that a damaged/ wrong product or one with a manufacturing defect reaches you, as we at Rainbows And Hues cherish our work and our customers and take every care as part of quality check. However, since one cannot rule out the possibility completely, as mentioned above, we would require a clear parcel opening video and pictures. Once our team sees and approves of the same, you will have to ship the product back to our address and we will process your request once received. Please note that items are eligible for an exchange request only once. Additionally, if the item/s are severely damaged, which would have to be clearly visible in the unboxing video, you would not be required to ship it back to us.

Alternately, in case the customer wants us to arrange for reverse pick up, that can be arranged too. However, this takes a minimum of 3-5 working days after customer placing the request.

In either scenarios, once we receive the product/s, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and ONLY if it passes through that, we will ship the new product. In scenarios where the case qualifies our exchange policy, no shipping fee will be levied, irrespective of the order value.

It is reiterated that we DO NOT offer monetary refunds. However, as mentioned prior, in case you do not want the products in exchange, you can opt for store credit, which can be used to purchase any product/s from this website. You can combine that with other modes of online payment. However, you need to use the store credit within 1 year from the date of issuance.

When is Exchange not possible?
The conditions under which your case will not qualify our Exchange Policy:
  1. Request for exchange exceeding 48 hours from the date of delivery
  2. Request for exchange without an unboxing video and relevant photos
  3. Product(s) of the order, if used or damaged by the customer
  4. Products with missing tags/product packaging and invoice
  5. Products accepted despite the outer packaging in a tampered condition
  6. The customized product box “My Art Pitaaraa”, which was customized based on your request

When are exchanges initiated?

Exchanges would be initiated once the returned product has reached our warehouse. Usually shipping in exchange cases take about 5-7 working days.

Can I exchange a product for another product?

No, presently you can not exchange a product for another product.

Are the products shown on the website genuine?

All the products on this website are 100% genuine. We are stationery hoarders and art lovers ourselves, so rest assured we will never sell any product which is not 100 percent genuine. There is no place for any kind of fake on Rainbows And Hues!
